With fantastic kiwi hospitality and a real homely feel our pub boasts an array of comforts for our locals and new locals to be. With a conservatory that opens to a private non-smoking courtyard, this area is fantastic in the summer and intimate in the winter evening. Add to that our large heated outdoor smoking area, comfory sofas and big huts, you're now spoilt for choice whatever the weather.

Come back in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine by candle light and indulge yourself with a hearty evening meal. Our freshly made food menu features an ever changing selection of fantastic dishes and our staff are always ready to help make your experience a memorable one.

Why not come in for a Hangover Cure Steak Sarnie or an Awesome Breakfast from 12noon till 3pm, if you running a bit late then our wicked main meals are exactly that.. We also do on Super Sports Weekends, a Hog Roast Bap with manuka honey carmalised onion and kiwi apple sauce or a mean Chef Pie (Kiwi Style). Our Sunday Roasts (we think) are to die for and are perfect for the whole family, however you better come early as they go quickly, but don't forget to leave room for a dessert!
